For 25 years, the pan-European magazine “Orer” has been published in the center of Europe, the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague.
For 25 years, this periodical, beloved by many of us, covers the important events of Armenia and Artsakh, Armenian-European relations, bilateral diplomatic and political ties, joint economic programmes, all Armenian-Czech initiatives, activities of prominent people, members of the government and public figures, important cultural events, Diaspora problems, presents the success stories of the Armenians around the world…
The founders of the magazine have managed to create a platform that preserves and promotes the Armenian identity, which has gathered the intelligentsia around it.
We know how difficult it is to create and publish an Armenian-language media today, especially in the Diaspora. We express our gratitude to our partner, founder and editor-in-chief of the magazine Hakob Asatryan and his creative team.
Even after the 44-day war and the loss of Artsakh, “Orer” magazine continues its keen struggle in the propaganda war against Azerbaijan and Turkey, presenting Armenia, Artsakh, Armenian culture, historical heritage, and the challenges facing our country.
The Union of Journalists of Armenia warmly congratulates the editors and readers of “Orer” magazine on the occasion of its 25th anniversary, wishes that the magazine, distributed in 25 European countries, expands its geography and continues to keep the issues of Armenian protection and the realization of Armenia’s national and state cherished dreams at the core of its activities.
